Goodluck was an old country woman who was made a partner purely for the use of her name. She received a payment of £50.00 per year and had no further interest in the firm. The Prize of £30,000 mentioned, was secured by the Ticket No.12807 in the State Lottery drawn 20 March 1792. The ticket had been divided and sold to different people, and was shared as stated in sixteenths.
